Supervision

Supervision represents a solution-oriented and methodical reflection of professional actions. It offers assistance in coping with professional demands, supports communication and cooperation. Supervision aims at improving and expanding the professional action competence of each person in a team, a group or for oneself. Special attention is paid to the organizational processes as well as the goal and task orientation brought in by the supervisees.

Supervision can be used by individuals, teams and groups (especially from the helping, healing, counseling and teaching professions).
